Our stay at Vinilia Wine Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Giulia’s warm and sincere welcome, which set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The highlight of our visit was dining at the Casamatta restaurant, the kitchen of Pietro Penna, which holds the distinction of being awarded the 2021 Green Michelin Star, the first of its kind in Apulia. The four-course dinner was a true masterpiece – a concert of flavors, expertly crafted by sous-chef Ibrah and impeccable service orchestrated by the talented team of Gabriele, Pierpaolo, and Francesco - made this a meal we’ll remember! Gracie mille, Gabriele, for our early Sunday cappuccinos! We hope to return… Tatiana and Jiri

We spent three nights into this really nice property: great location to discover Puglia, great place to relax with a fantastic park, very quiet, with a great room and terrace. And then of course the restaurant: we decided to have all our diners there and enjoy the great dishes and wine. Fantastic value for money in my opinion, and the team was really going out of their way to make our experience memorable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the region!

The hotel was impressive - as the gate opened, it felt as if we were entering a cool villains lair! The execution of the interiors was lovely and the grounds are impeccable. The pool is lovely to spend time around too. The room was lovely - although a little dark when trying to do your makeup in the evening. Breakfast was lovely+ fab quality. Lots grown/produced on site which was a bonus.

The property is truly magical and unlike any I've ever stayed in...I'm hesitant to share too much as it's truly a hidden gem and I don't want it to change! The grounds are perfect, the food delicious and farm to table, the staff are kind and hospitable - there's nothing that I would change.

Amazind renovated masseria. Full of art pieces. Breakfast is very good. The team is the clue for our satisfaction. Especially Miss Adriana and Mr Fernando. Kind, helpful, very professional. Wine tasting guided by Mr Fernando was interesting and tasty.
